12 MILLION FREE SUPPLEMENTARY STUDY BOOK SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL ENTER LGS AND YKS EXAMS

The Ministry of National Education published 12 million supplementary study books and started to distribute them free to 8th and 12th grade students in an effort to support students who will enter LGS and YKS exams.

The Ministry of National Education regularly publishes many supplementary sources such as worksheets, example questions and answers, skill based tests, High School Entrance Exam (LGS) and Higher Education Institution Exam (YKS) tests for all levels of education in order to respond to the needs of students. These supplementary study books and texts are free. Within this framework, the Ministry has distributed 24 million supplementary study books and sources to children till now.
 
The Ministry has taken a new step for students who will enter LGS and YKS exams.  It prepared and published 12 million LGS and YKS study books and sample questions and answers. These sources will be distributed to students for free.  
 
Number of supplementary sources will reach 36 million
Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer stated, "We are happy to see our children at school. We decided to prepare a supplementary study book support package with the purpose of finding a remedy for learning loss that occurred as a result of distance education during the early days of the pandemic and supporting the education of our students. We regularly published supplementary sources for students from all grades every month and distributed 24 million printed sources to children for free till now. Now, we will publish and distribute 12 million supplementary study books for 8th and 12 grade students until the end of this month."
