The Ministry of National Education published an adapted activity set made up of 6 books on mathematics in an effort to support students who are receiving inclusive education in all grades of primary and secondary schools. Minister of National Education Ziya Selçuk said, "Inclusive students will have the opportunity to use these books and interactive digital program for their learning requirements."

The Ministry of National Education continues to provide additional source support to students during distance education process. Within this framework, the Ministry previously opened many sources and work books for all grade students studying in primary, secondary and high schools. This time, the Ministry completed a new study which is the first of its kind and prepared special sources for inclusive students.

The Ministry published an adapted activity set made up of 6 books on mathematics in order to support students who are receiving inclusive education in all grade levels starting from 1st grade to 8th grade in primary and secondary schools. The Ministry published 3000 sets and distributed them to the 81 cities of the country.

Students can see the activities in "orgm.meb.gov.tr/uyet" web address.

"We will share adapted activity sets for other lessons, too"
Minister of National Education Ziya Selçuk said, "During the pandemic, our colleagues continue to carry out their routine duties while they also work in an effort to support our students."

Noting that the Ministry previously offered many sources to students in order to reduce the learning loss in all grades and levels of education to a minimum, Selçuk went on to say that, "Today, we open a new source package to the use of students. We published an adapted activity set for inclusive students whose numbers reach 300 thousand. Our focus in this activity set was mathematics. We aim at strengthening the knowledge of our students with this adapted set."

Minister Selçuk stated that inclusive students can also use books and interactive digital programs prepared by the Ministry as a source adding that, "we are going to publish new adapted activity sets for other lessons. We will continue to support our students and teachers. I would like to thank Deputy Minister Mahmut Özer and Director General for Special Education and Guidance Services Nezir Gül and his colleagues who coordinated this process."
